INITIAL CONCERN: Severe/Chronic Acne
COMMENTS ON TREATMENT:
Finally, a treatment that actually works. I used Thermage laser treatment in August '05 and had a second treatment in November '05.
The condition of my skin overall is so much improved and I couldn't be happier. My next treatment will be with the Fraxel Laser to help
get rid of pigmentation and scarring left over from my many years of acne. I highly recommend this treatment because it has worked
wonders for my skin.

When I initially came in for treatment, I was unsure of what to expect and only hoping against hope that there was a treatment that would
work for me. Lynne, Dr Burgmeier and staff have been so great, so helpful, compassionate and knowledgable, plus they actually know how
to help people get the results they are longing and praying for.
I highly recommend Perfect Skin Laser Center because they helped me with my acne problem when 8 other doctors could not. I am so grateful to them and I will continue to go to them for all of my skin care needs.

Hi Lynne,
I am so pleased with the results of my lazer treatments both for
resurfacing and tightening that I just had to let you and Dr. Burgmeier know.
I had my lazer procedures on January 23 with a little botox in my upper
lip a week before. On February 8th I finished up with the Restylane
injections around my nose, mouth and lips.
I started seeing the results last week! The crepy skin on my neck is
firm and my whole face is smooth and clear of broken veins. The wrinkles
around my mouth are gone, and my right eyebrow which was lower than the
left one has moved up nearly perfectly. I understand from our
conversation that I will still see improvement overall, but I am so excited
already that I just had to let you know.
Please let Dr. Burgmeier know how pleased I am. He has a great eye for
the end result.

To All of the Staff:
I just wanted to let you know what a very pleased client I am with your services. I still remember the first day I came to your office back in October 2003. I was so very unhappy with the appearance of the melasma on my face, and at that point I was actually even embarrassed to have any of you look at it.
I was to the point where I could not cover it up with make-up and my self confidence was completely torn from me. I used to have people actually ask me what happened to my face or tell me that I should stay out of the sun because I was starting to get spots from it. I absolutely hated my appearance to the point where I did not even want to go into work or be out in public because of the fear of someone saying something to me or just staring at it. Any time I talked to anyone face to face, I automatically thought to myself, "Are they staring at it?" or "Are they going to say something about it?"
Since October 2003, I have had (5) Photo-facials which actually gave me my life back, seriously! Some of my melasma is still there, but nothing, I mean NOTHING like it was before. I would even venture to say that 80% of it is gone now. At least now people never notice my melasma or say anything to me other than "Your skin looks great, what do you do?" I actually have to show people my melasma now, and some of them actually struggle to see it, but this is a complete turnaround from others just noticing it!
Just to see if I can get the rest of the melasma to go away, I just began Fraxel laser treatments. What absolutely amazing results after 7 days of healing. My husband could not believe the results, and actually asked me if I was wearing make-up and I was not. He was like "Wow, what a difference!" I have 3 more treatments to go, and I am so excited to see the end product in April this year. I will not be camera shy now!
Thank you so very much for the continued support and care I receive from all of the staff and Dr. Burgmeier. You have given me my self confidence, my beautiful skin, tears of joy, and my life back and I am forever grateful to you!!!
