Spider
Veins & Port Wine Stains

purple veins that are visible on the legs. They are usually clustered
on the thigh or below the knee.
Spider veins, or telangiectasias, affect as many as 80% of all
women as the grow older, and also affect a large percentage of
men. This is genetic for the most part, although other causes are
pregnancy, childbirth, use of birth-control pills, estrogen replacement
therapy, previous injury, and the use of corticosteroids.
Spider veins are usually not a medical problem, but they may cause
